I’ve been insured with SWICA for over forty years, and my two adult sons have been for their whole lives. I even registered my younger son, who was born in 1992, while I was still pregnant. SWICA may be a bit more expensive, as you often hear, but it’s not just the benefits that are perfect. So is the advice you get from the General Agency and over the phone. For me, SWICA is the best health insurer in the world

I’ve been a SWICA client for seven years now and it was only in 2018 that I became aware of the company’s Care Management service. It involves SWICA staff offering support to patients by listening to their needs and sensitive health issues with discretion, empathy and a personal touch. In my case, I was able to resolve several issues, from help with administration and red tape, to above all finding the right healthcare pathway and the right doctor. The Care Management service provides a genuinely human relationship. Patients get a one-on-one chat to go through their problems, whatever they may be, and seek a satisfactory solution. With this service, I’ve been treated as a patient with a health problem that needs solving and not just as a client.

I’ve been insured with SWICA – or its predecessor OSCA – since birth. I am very happy with the customer service and always look forward to talking to my customer advisors in Heerbrugg. If I have questions, they are always there, always friendly, and always ready to listen to my concerns.

When things got really difficult, SWICA was there for us. When my son was only one day old, he was transferred to the university hospital because it looked like he needed to have abdominal surgery. Because I have private insurance with SWICA, I was able to stay overnight in the hospital and breastfeed my son, which was certainly very important in the first days of his life.

I landed, together with my wife and daughter, in Tokyo. My plan was to spend five months in Japan preparing for the World Barista Championship. You can then discuss them and the diagnosis and prognosis with your doctor by phone afterwards. In effect, this means you now have the doctor "at home" and won't have to wait for an appointment.

The tips I received from the Benevita team made me aware of exactly what I had to change in my eating and exercise routines. It's true that I was taking a lot of exercise and eating appropriate foods, but the exercise I was doing turned out to be inefficient and I wasn’t eating enough protein.
