    2. Online application: After uploading your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

    3. Pre-selection: If you meet the criteria, your application will be sent to one of our hiring managers; otherwise you will receive a written rejection.

    4. Contact: Your profile speaks to us. If it leaves any questions open, we will clarify them with you in advance. If not, we will invite you directly to the first interview.

    5. First interview: Let’s talk: about you, about us, about the vacancy – usually online.

    6. Second interview: You get to know other people relevant to you. Depending on the job, a case study and/or a personality test are added.

    7. Concrete offer: Congratulations – you have convinced us and will receive a concrete and legally binding offer with all the details by e-mail.

    8. Onboarding: Once we have convinced you, you confirm the offer and fill in the personnel master sheet. The employment contract will then be drawn up.
