Always available: SWICA Benecura is your digital point of contact, providing instant access to medical information.
Security: SWICA Benecura stores your encrypted data in a dossier that only you can access.

If needed, you can send data to santé24 and to doctors in encrypted form. SWICA cannot view this data.

Specialists: Find information about suitable doctors, hospitals, therapists and pharmacies and then call them directly. Your insurance model is taken into account when you search for a doctor.
Reminder function: Reminder function for taking medication or measuring your vital signs.
Important numbers: From the app, you can contact SWICA or sante24 directly or call your general practitioner, a health centre, and many public medical emergency numbers.
History: The user can always get a personal overview of the information and recommendations received and about how their medical condition is progressing.
Medication: The medication search gives you all the relevant information about medications
Dictionary: The specialised medical dictionary gives you an overview of a wide range of illnesses and explains them in detail.
SWICA offers: Here you will find a range of SWICA offers relating to your health.
Profile: This is where your personal details are stored. Your current basic insurance plan is also listed here and, depending on plan, your GP or medical centre.

Meets the performance standards without risk to users
Data is stored in a dossier in encrypted form
Can only be accessed by the insured person

SWICA cannot access the user's data
The insured person decides whether to grant access to santé24's doctors
All data is subject to doctor-patient confidentiality
