Chronic skin problems and long-term treatments

If you are suffering from chronic or complex skin conditions, you can request a dermatology consultation online.
Complete the questionnaire and submit photos showing how your skin has changed. Appointments are subject to availability and are not intended for emergencies.

This online consultation is particularly suitable for:

•    persistent skin conditions
•    complex treatments
•    cases where treatment has so far been unsuccessful
•    cases requiring specialist support or re-evaluation by a dermatologist

You work with a dermatologist to decide on treatment, e-prescriptions and the next steps. You can also arrange a follow-up appointment.

Free online dermatology

Are you insured under SWICA’s Favorit basic insurance plan? Then you can get advice from the dermatologists at santé24 free of charge.

For customers insured under the standard model, the costs less the excess and deductible – are covered by your basic insurance.

Your medications are billed by the pharmacy as usual.

Please note: online advice is not available for moles

Are you unsure whether a mole on your skin is suspicious? If you are concerned that a mole might be malignant, you must always have it checked out by a dermatologist in person. Even if you are able to provide good-quality photos, doctors are not legally allowed to give a definitive answer to this question remotely.

OnlineDoctor – online support with skin problems

You can also get your skin problems assessed quickly and professionally by dermatologists on the OnlineDoctor platform. You will receive a specialist assessment within 48 hours together with a recommended course of action, conveniently from the comfort of your own home.

The costs of the OnlineDoctor skin check – less the excess and deductible – are covered by your basic insurance. The terms and conditions of your basic insurance plan always apply.
