Out of more than 1800 companies, SWICA regularly makes it into the top 250 employers. This ranking is based on a survey of around 15 000 employees in Switzerland.

Since 2009, SWICA has been recognised with the “Friendly Work Space” quality label awarded by Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz. This award shows that working conditions that promote employees’ health are not just a target, but a conviction that is put into practice.

Fair-ON-Pay: award for equal pay
Respect is of great importance at SWICA, which is why ensuring equal pay for women and men is a matter of course for us. Thanks to the “Fair ON-Pay Advanced” certificate, you can be certain that we comply with the strict criteria for equal pay for men and women in accordance with the official government methodology (Logib).
This is analysed by external experts, and also audited by the Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS).
