What will change for SWICA customers?
As a SWICA customer, very little will change for you. Your excess and co-payment will not be affected by the switch. The changeover will only be noticeable on the claim receipt that you receive from service providers.
Quicker submission of claim receipts thanks to QR codes
The claim receipt will now include an additional sheet with QR codes, which will allow all data to be read quickly and digitally. The easiest way to do this is to scan the codes using the
mySWICA app.
