How the Multichoice model works
Under the Favorit Multichoice model you use SymptomCheck in Benecura, where you will receive a recommendation based on your answers to some questions. Alternatively, you can contact the santé24 online practice (available around the clock) on +41 44 404 86 86 or one of our partner pharmacies.
- Rapid initial medical opinion via SymptomCheck in Benecura, the santé24 online practice or one of SWICA's partner pharmacies
- If your health problem can’t be resolved in this way, you can choose your doctor from the comprehensive Multichoice directory. The doctor treating you can refer you to any doctor listed in the directory.
- No co-payment (does not affect your excess and deductible): For any telemedicine services that santé24 provides (advice, consultations with experts and doctors), as long as basic insurance covers them. Exceptions include: advice and consultations in conjunction with nutrition advice and the psychological/psychiatric counselling service.
