Internal and external training

To keep pace with the times, SWICA offers a wide range of training courses. A variety of specialist training modules, leadership training and e-learning courses are available to employees. External training is supported generously with working time and financial allowances if possible. For each full-time position, 470 francs per year is invested in external training.

SWICA is a leading trainer of apprentices, and offers apprenticeships to more than 60 young people. Most of them continue to work at SWICA after completing their vocational training.

Studying and working

    Student internships: We offer internships in different areas such as marketing, assurance, product management and underwriting, IT or HR – part-time or full-time, with a duration of six to twelve months.
