Participants work on the lessons in the training independently, and can do so at any time and anywhere. Afterwards, they receive written feedback from their personal coach.
The following training sessions are available as part of the psychological/psychiatric consultation hours: stress, depression, depression with diabetes, anxiety, sleep disorders, drinking less alcohol, pain, and vaginismus.
Regular and healthy sleep is essential for your physical and mental wellbeing. If you have difficulty falling or staying asleep, or often wake up too early, you should seek advice from a specialist.
santé24 offers individual support for SWICA customers – either in the form of a personal sleep coaching call or through online, guided self-help training.
Following an inpatient stay due to mental issues, many patients begin a new, often challenging phase of their life. You may notice that it’s not so easy to continue to take good care of yourself in your everyday life – the way you learned to do in the clinic. Expectations from family members or other people in your life can also create extra pressure and may not always suit your own pace or needs. At the same time, you may have important steps ahead of you, such as returning to work or looking for a new career prospect. You may be feeling uncertain – and this is exactly where we come in.
We guide you along your path with ANNA (adaptive low-threshold after-care) and support you with rebuilding your daily life, step by step – in a low-threshold approach that is geared towards everyday life and solution-oriented.
